Name and jurisdiction:the name of the organization shall be the INDIAN NATIONAL TRADE UNION CONGRESS (Rashtrriya Mazdoor Congress)and its jurisdiction shall comprise all territories with in th indian union.

INDIAN NATIONAL TRADE UNION CONGRESS: 1. (Rashtrriya Mazdoor Congress) shall be the part and parcel of indian national congress, 2. it shall abid by all manifestos, and pograms of indian National Congress, prepared for the upliftment of poor, downtrodden, suppressed class of the society as all kind of working class.3.it shall be front one organization of indian Congress. 4. indian National Trade Union Congress shall always maintain good& harmonious relation with the indian national Congress for national economical growth.
